1. No Returns or Refunds:

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. Each item is crafted specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

2. Exchanges:

  • We understand that sometimes the fit might not be perfect. We offer exchanges for sizing issues only.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at [rebel.teebrand@gmail.com] with your order number and details of the exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

3. Exchange Process:

  • Upon approval of your exchange request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

  • You will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at rebel.teebrand@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
